We have distinct memories of arriving on Fiji’s coral coast with our little ones in tow and watching these beautiful local women weaving baskets on the beach. Their broad smiles beckoned the children to watch and even participate in this cultural and ancient craftsmanship. Sanasana is the very region where we find ourselves going back to over and over again, aware of how lucky we are to have met some of the wonderful people who grew up, work and live on this part of the island.
